Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds on personalised items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or solution.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 7 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
